Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by aaaaph may result in Account suspension or closure.
To access the full features of the aaaaph Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the aaaaph Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, aaaaph reserves the right to close all but the original Account, void any Wagers placed from duplicate Accounts, and forfeit any Bonus Funds associated with those Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. aaaaph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify aaaaph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. aaaaph recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in your Account security settings.
aaaaph is required to verify the identity of all Players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
aaaaph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and Cebuana Lhuillier, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Philippine Peso (PHP). aaaaph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. aaaaph aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, which are typically within minutes to a few hours during normal operating hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one to three business days for bank transfers.
aaaaph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where verification is incomplete, where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or where the withdrawal would breach any applicable regulatory requirement.
All transactions on the aaaaph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aaaaph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aaaaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
aaaaph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and to notify Players of scheduled maintenance periods in advance.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, aaaaph's liability shall be limited to returning the Wager amount to the Player's Account Balance. aaaaph shall not be liable for any winnings that would have been earned but for the malfunction.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit aaaaph's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact aaaaph's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. aaaaph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
Where a dispute relates to a regulatory matter within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with its applicable procedures.
